Hello,

you'll have to Mod the game to remove them ; in the base game, they are in Menu\Scripts\HudAbove.menu ; with the XKT Mod, I'm not sure.

Found the right file in the XKT mod under form, which values of these would i need to change and to what to completely hide it from the screen?

I admit it's quite tricky if you want to hide it... could be nice to have a toggle setting in the game menu, just to show or hide

That would be ideal - saving that, there must be a way by editing these numbers?

Just delete all items containing HudFormLeft.

EDIT:
if you want, on PC, you can also hide the whole GUI with Left Shift + F12 (shortcut can be changed in Settings -> Controls -> Shortcuts).
