I just bought TE4 on Xbox, but currently there’s no cross-buy with the PC version (which seems to be available only on Steam). Does anyone know if it’s planned to be added to the Xbox PC store with cross-buy support? thanks!

Hello,
no, sorry, it won't have such possibility : porting the game to consoles has been really hard work, so you have to buy each version separately (Xbox, PlayStation, PC).
