By default it's starting in 2013 or something like that. I want it to start in the current year. Tried googling. just couldn't find it

Hello,
in Career mode, you can't start later than 16 years before the end of the base. In the unmodded game, it's 2013, so I guess it's the same in the Maxou mod.
You can play in Season mode if you want to play only in 2019.
