I have a problem. when you open mod management, a blue background appears. In the upper right corner it says mod name and you can't do anything. Can't download any mods or anything. What does this mean? Restarting the game or console does not help

Hello,

the ModIO states might be corrupted. In such a case, the "Delete all Mods" button in "Settings -> Profile" doesn't work (it'll be fixed in the next update).

Meanwhile, on Windows : delete this folder => C:\Users\Public\mod.io

On Xbox : you can try to manually delete the Mod drive (it'll delete any Match recordings you may have as well).

To do so :
- press the menu button on Tennis Elbow 4 in your Xbox game library
- select "Manage game and add-ons"
- select Saved Data
- Select "Reserved space" and clear it

Then try to launch the game and log in again in modio and then subscribe to the Mods again.

On PlayStation : delete the download data associated with the game (but not the save data).


After, you'll have to sign in again in Main Menu -> Mod Management, and then subscribe and download the Mods again. Your saved games shouldn't be affected by all this and still work once everything is installed correctly.

Hello! I need help with Tennis Elbow 4 on PS4.

My XKT mod used to work perfectly, but after updating several mods, it stopped working.

The XKT mod is 647.1 MB and shows “Full storage” or “Error”. It keeps downloading again and again, but never installs.

I have plenty of free space on my PS4. Other XKT mods show as installed. I have already tried restarting the game and updating the mods, but nothing helped.

Could you please explain, step by step, how to fix this on PS4? I do not want to lose my saved data or my other mods.

wait for the XKT installation in Mod Management -> Collection.
Once you get an error, go back to the Main Menu, and send me a Bug Report by clicking the top-left little white icon.

Hello,

I’m playing Tennis Elbow 4 on PS4, and after the latest update released on October 14, 2026, all my mods disappeared.

The Mod Management menu is now completely empty. The game itself works normally, but none of my previously installed mods are available anymore.

I’ve tried restarting the game and the console, but nothing has changed.

The game takes up 8.25 GB of storage, and the saved data takes up 1.08 GB. Unfortunately, I don’t have any backups.

Could you please tell me how to restore my mods on PS4 without losing my saved data or career progress?

go to Main Menu -> Mod Management, and press the Options button on your controller ; hopefully, it'll allow you to re-login and your Mods will be there again. (it doesn't work on my PS4, but I'm currently logged in )

After you see that empty background (and are logged in), could you go back to the Main Menu and send me a Bug Report by clicking on the top-left little white icon ?

I got your Bug Report and there was an error ; I just pushed a new game update : it should arrive within 1 hour. If it still doesn't work with it, send me a new Bug Report exactly like you did for the previous one.

I also fixed the Options button.

Hi! After the last update I am not able to update XKT mod. “Full storage” is the message, even if there is plenty of place. Xbox series X. Happy if you can help!
