I am stuck on the 3 gears loading on the mod management screen for a day now, I play on Mac, anyway to help?

Hello,

try to log in on the top right, then restart the game.

If you already logged in, try to log out 1st.

When I click the top right, it shows me the screen to authenticate, no matter what option I click, it’s the three gears loading screen, do I need to uninstall and install the game?

Reinstalling the game shouldn't change anything.

Try this instead :
- click on Settings -> Profile -> Show Data Folder
- close the game
- in the opened folder, delete the "mod.io" & "UserData" folders (I think they should be there, but I'm not 100% sure)
- launch the game again, hopefully it'll have a fresh state for mod.io
