The first image with the trophy, when you open up the game on PlayStation, is it possible to make this modable so we can put whatever image we want or is there any technical reason this can’t be done?

Hello,

you cannot change the very 1st screen : it could be possible to break the game and make it unlaunchable.

Right after, you can easily replace this image from the Modding SDK : Menu\Art\TennisElbow.jpg .
